    New to Exante and new to this forum

    Hi All, I am new to this and I am currently on day 7 of total solution first weigh in tomorrow morning. I have stuck to it 100% !!

    I need some advice I have a weekend away booked 4th April 2014 with boyfriend and its all paid for Breakfast and evening meals. I want to enjoy myself and I want to have a little drink but I dont want to ruin all my hard work. I know its going to be impossible to stay in Ketosis but any tips on how to at least maintain weight or very small gain ?
