    Hello!

    Just wanted to say hello!
    Have gained a lot of weight over the past 6 months and have decided enough is enough now.
    I've done VLCD's before (Lipotrim and Slim and Save) so i know the drill but I'm only with you for 2 weeks as i am pretty sure that is all i can manage this time. That and having 2 nights out in mid May! Maybe i will get back on it after but my plan is to lose a stone (if poss) and then get onto a more manageable diet such as JUDDD which i know i can do.
    I'm sticking to shakes as i can't stomach soups and any advice welcome.

    Hi Lesley, good luck. I've just started week 3, wasn't sure I'd make it this far but going well so far.
    Goals for next 3 months:

    Lose a stone - achieved 22/4/2014
    Lose stone & a half- achieved 5/5/2014
    10% loss -achieved 19/05/2015
    Lose 2 stone ​- achieved 2/06/2014
    Lose 2 1/2 stone
    Lose 3 stone
