Just wanted to say hello!
Have gained a lot of weight over the past 6 months and have decided enough is enough now.
I've done VLCD's before (Lipotrim and Slim and Save) so i know the drill but I'm only with you for 2 weeks as i am pretty sure that is all i can manage this time. That and having 2 nights out in mid May! Maybe i will get back on it after but my plan is to lose a stone (if poss) and then get onto a more manageable diet such as JUDDD which i know i can do.
I'm sticking to shakes as i can't stomach soups and any advice welcome.
