Not in ketosis
I have been following this plan for almost two weeks and keto sticks are still showing as negative. I haven't eaten anything so don't understand why. I would not be bothered but I am still feeling hungry which suggests to me that I'm not in ketosis. I am losing weight so maybe I don't need to be concerned. Any advice would be gratefully appreciated!
Have you been drinking enough water? also you need to make sure you havent been drinking anything with citric acid in it. It may be that there is something you are drinking that is throwing you out some people are more sensitive than others.
Yes I drink plenty of water! And haven't had anything with citric acid in it!
How much are you losing?? If your losing enough like you would on a vlcd u may have nothing to worry about x

Bin the sticks. They're very unreliable and not designed for vlcds
If youre sticking to the plan you WILL be in ketosis regardless what the sticks say :)
