    New bird

    Hi guys I'm new to this on day 3 of the exante diet just having 600 cals a day meal replacement I've been reading up lots about this when do you know your body is in keytosis stage??

    Normally, people notice things such as bad breathe, feeling cold/cold hands and feet, not feeling hungry and some people buy ketosis sticks which can trace ketones in your urine however they aren't designed for VLCDs and won't always pick up any even if you're in ketosis.

    Ketosis takes a few days so a lot of people go into around day 4-6 but not everyone will get the symptoms with it but definitely you'll feel a lot less hungry.
