Hi,

although I'm only in my first week I'm thinking ahead to low calorie week in week 4 when I can have some food.
I know they say add 200 calories a day that week but I have seen others doing it differently and wondered how you do it and what works best?
Also on the Saturday of that week I'm off to see Wicked and for food with my mum and sister so I'm wondering what I should do? Should I follow the plan as normal all week and then just enjoy a meal on Saturday with the extra calories or still allow extra calories all week as I should and try to be very careful what I eat on Saturday? Not sure what to do.
