    First Day Tomorrow

    I'm starting this for the first time tomorrow. Have tried Atkins with success before. Had a shock on the scales as over 1 St heavier than I thought. But of comfort eating after my kitty dies I think. Looking forward to good losses. Feeling excited but nervous. Will keep updated on how it goes.
