    NROLFW

New Rules Of Lifting For Women (lift like a man, look like a goddess)

Bought the book from amazon and read it on holiday but haven't quite got to trying it yet.

I love my Les Mills classes and don't want to give them up but am really keen to try this.

Does anyone have experience of it?

I didn't really get to start. My gym only has weights up to 30kg, but I'm used to weights and that won't get me far but I've had a shoulder and back injury that has set me back until new year.
There is a group on Facebook that has tons of support though.

That's a shame, I love this book, currently following the plan at the moment. It's seriously hard work but I've noticed some real changes in my body - is anyone else doing it???

I don't think there were many takers.
There's a group for nrolfw on myfitnesspal and Facebook, both very informative and lots of support.
I never got to properly start but my gym membership is due up soon so I may look for a gym with better weights so that I can start again!
    Good luck.
