    Protein shakes

    Which ones are your favourites? I'm using herbalife atm as it's sold in my gym but I think it's aimed at being a weight loss product rather than a 'real' protein shake. I do need to lose weight but don't know if it's the right product to use.
    I trying to follow a high protein low carb diet and need a little help reaching protein goals.

    I have started using protein works shakes they have so many different flavours I tried some sample flavours and they are all yum.

    I am currently using this diet one: Diet Whey Protein Powder

    They are a new company.
    The journey begins now....

    I use herbalife aswell but not as a diet shake, its a pre and post workout shake and one for breakfast. did initially use it as a diet but had to up my food intake.

    Loads of choice/products well cheap and free delivery.

    I use their cheapest protein think it's called ultimate whey protein. I've had vanilla and chocolate. Taste isn't amazing but I've tried loads of different ones and none of them are really tasty lol!

    The Protein Works are good. I like their caramel macchiato flavour. Also, when you place your first order, you're given a code to give to friends. If they use that code when they place their first order, they get a 250g pack of protein powder for free and you get £5 to spend on their website.

    I like egg protein when I am training or low carbing - I think you can get it now on myprotein, i used to buy it from lowcarbmegastore.

    I use the 100% isolated soy protein powder that I buy in bulk at the grocery store. It has a very strong flavor that is an acquired taste but I love it.
    I use it in a smoothie made with 1/4 cup blueberries, 1/4 blackberries, 5 strawberries, 1/2 cup soy milk, 1/2 cup orange juice, and 1 scoop soy protein powder.

    oh, and i think for 110 calories it has about 26 grams of protein (for the powder itself)
