Hey there, I'm aiming to do some of the spartan races, I was planning on getting the trifecta this year....although that will probably kill me!
im starting with the nuts challenge at the beginning of march to see how I get on, then there's a major series run at the end of march in tunbridge wells I'll do if I don't die!
currently my fitness level is not good so I need to pick up the pace!
I really want to get into all the obstacle course racing next year. Not fit enough to get through it without having to do loads of burpees yet! I want to do yorkshire warrior in april, which is 16k. Then maybe aim for the spartan trifecta. Its whats motivating me to push myself at the gym and eat healthy, doing 2 workouts a day most days now. Normal 5k and 10ks would bore me, and I do love muscular work.
