    May fitness challenge!!

    you know the drill add your name and how many hours pledged mine was rubbish last month no where near my target will set the same target tho

    so yesterday 1 hour legs bum and tums and 30 mins abs

    I didn't make my April challenge, but I did in March. So, leaving it at 20 hours.

    Show any loss with May 12, 2014 Restart (- 3 lbs, sts )
    5 Dog Walks of a minimum 20 min. (5, 5)
    Start doing Fitness Classes again (Aqua Fit, Zumba, Kettlebells, etc.) (2 AF, 2 AF)
    Be comfy in Hilfinger cropped jeans US12
    Get into US 10 (on door)
    Be comfy in US 10
    Get into Goal Jeans US 8
    Be comfy in US 8 Jeans (and NEVER gain out of them!)
    Lose the Muffin Top!

    Scale Scores
    Lose to be under 12 stone
    Lose to be 165
    Lose to be 160
    Lose to be at my 2013 lowest weight (156)
    Lose to be in the 10s (153)
    Lose to be under 150
    Lose to be at a healthy BMI - 145
    Lose to be at 10 stone (140)
    Lose 2 to be at the top of my target zone (138)
    Lose 3 to be at 135 and ...

    I didn't make my 15 hours in the April challenge and thanks to it I do feel my fitness improving so I am optimistic and putting down 20 hours for this May challenge

    Someone pointed me this way.I don't usually do challenges as I always stop half way but count me in for May.
    I'll start tomorrow.I usually do 10 mins hula hooping,10 mins on bike and I'll do at least 40 mins walking not counting the 2 hours I do at work.

I'm going to walk to the shops etc more and build up my 'incidental' exercise but won't count that. Doesn't sound much in comparison to any of you though but I'm going yo keep it achievable.
