When I was on Slimming World last time around (2013), I did the 30 DS 3 months in a row! I was either mental or hardcore, but it really worked and it's so worth sticking it out to the end. I too shouted at her to shut up from time to time (and other expletives on the odd occassion!!). I'm now doing her yoga meltdown dvd, and loving that! She's a great trainer.
Did you do it everyday for 3 months? How did your body change? I have just over 3 months before my holiday and need to get toned!!
I've had to call time on all high impact training unfortunately. I'm sticking with spinning, swimming and the cross trainer now - it's really depressing me but I guess that's what happens with injury. :cry:
