    Activity Calorie Calculator!!!


    You enter your weight in pounds on one side and on the other your duration exercising and it will calculate the calories burnt.

    It shows all types of exercise and if you go down the chart you are most likely to find the one you are doing...

    Is this more accurate than the calculator provided by Food Focus?

    Week 1/Sept 8th, 2008: 205lbs (6lb lost)
    Week 2/Sept 15th, 2008: 205lbs (2lb lost)

    Mini Weight Loss Goal: 185lbs (26lbs from start weight) by Christmas

    I am doing ss cambride now going into the 4th week 2moro.
    i wanted to join a gym tomorrow but the calories burnt doing the excerises are very high :O am i safe to go ??

    week one = -16lb
    week two = - 3lb
    wk three =
    Week 1: - 10lbs
    Week 2: - 5lbs
    Week 3: - 8lbs
    Week 4: - 7lbs (totm)
    Week 5: - 4.5 lbs
    Week 6: - 3.5 lbs
    Week 7: - sts
    Week 8: - 8.5 wuhuu
