Good alternatives for the bread obsessed

My real downfall is bread and the only thing that I really struggle with on SW is how limited bread is. I often do red / green to up the bread allowance. However, I would really like to find more SW friendly bread substitutes like the cheesy scones. Anyone got any ideas?

Why don't you look in the sw forum, as this is the general, so you're less likely to get sw people in here. There is a fantastic sw recipe sub section with sw pizza and pasties etc made with smash and pitta breads-worth a look maybe?

Hiya. Am sure I've seen a receipe for a version of Socca (think that was what its called) ... a lentil substitute. Think it was a mug of red lentils mixed with water and blitzed in a blender with salt and pepper. Then baked in a oiled tin. Apparently tastes similar to bread ... could be free on a green day.

Tried to make that red lentil bread substitute ... was suprisingly ok. Wasnt quite bread though ... texture was but tastewise not so much.
