On Saturday morning I weighed 9st8lb. Saturday was my "day off" but I stuck to my diet all day bar a pizza for tea that night. Sunday, I burnt over 1k calories at the gym and I have been to the gym Monday, Tuesday and last night, as well as a body con class. I've ran about 15k this week (on the treadmill).
I weighed myself yesterday and today and the scales say 9st11 How is this possible! I have had 1100 calories a day and burnt around 500 a night on average. I've been told that exercise can cause muscles to retain water which leads to temporary weight gain but I stay hydrated throughout my gym sessions and drink around 3L water per day.
This has really knocked me as my christmas target was 9st 5lb but it feels impossible now.
I've lost over 7 stone in total but feel rubbish now. Any suggestions?
