Snacking on Nuts Yes or No?

I've been snacking on nuts in between meals as I think its better than eat crap like crisps/chocolate and other stuff, I have Walnut's, Brazil nuts, Almonds, Cashews nuts & Pistachios. I weigh 10 grams of each out, has anyone else Snacked on nuts when dieting ?
 
I do on most days. They are very calorific though so have to be careful but they fill me up, taste great and are good fat. I also eat pecans and macadamia.
 
I used to snack on almonds in the early days of my weight loss, but they fell by the wayside during one of my calorie cuts, lol. They are a great healthy snack, just calorific. :) xx
