A place to keep my focus on being good!
Eek this is scary writing my thoughts down so publicly but I think sometimes I need a kick up the arse to keep me going!
Today hasn't been great food wise. I had a treat on Thursday, followed by Friday and then Saturday and before I knew it I'd had another bad choice day today!
No excuses I need to kick start the healthy option food choices tommorow.
Here's my plan for food etc..
Breakfast: homemade smoothie
Lunch: homemade smoothie
Snack: homemade smoothie
Dinner: fairly healthy dinner (e.g chicken Kiev with wedges, or a chicken salad wrap)
Others: a hot chocolate before bed & 1 snack of something less than 100cals
I'll be doing this all week , Saturday night will be a treat dinner rather than having a "treat day" as when I have a treat day I seem to justify shoving anything in my mouth lol :/
I hope to get to know you all well, i was in here a few years back and got to know some nice people , it was such a supportive group I hope to get to know some more people again :)
