Anyone here following Sonoma?
Anyone here following the Sonoma diet? It's a weight loss version of the Meditteranean diet (healhty eating), but there is no counting of anything, it's just portion-controlled (eat breakfast on 7-inch plate, lunch and dinner on 9 inch plate, no second helpings) and focuses on whole grain breads, lean meats, low fat dairy, lots of veggies...and includes olive oil and wine.
RawrGirl is not sure if Minimins would consider Sonama eating healthy or a weight loss diet, so not sure if this is the right place to start a diary or not.
