Thread: I want to slip into a dress not squeeze into one!

Hi all, joined the forum today and came up with the slogan title, it's going to be my motto throughout this diet

Anyway I've joined today but I've been on the SW Extra Easy diet for 4 weeks, so far I'm loving it as I don't actually feel like I'm dieting or deprived of food as such (unlike my experience on the CD ), I live alone so the prospect of cooking on a daily basis was a daunting one but I'm enjoying the routine and I'm saving money at the same time as I'm following the method as listed in the recipes and freezing the leftover portions for use either another night or as lunch for work so quids in and lbs down - yippee!!

I want to wish everyone the best of luck with their diets and goals this year, I will no doubt be a regular 'blogger' on here now and so I may chat to some of you in the near future...
