Forgot to introduce myself!
I joined a week ago and forgot to introduce myself!
I'm Sarah and I've started on weight watchers. I aim to lose four stone over the course of the year, it would be lovely if I could go on holiday next summer with an amazing figure!
I'm a psychology student at uni and I live in Essex with my mum and crazy beagle called Archie.
I've found it really hard to lose weight in the past as I can usually stick to a diet for a couple of weeks but then my urge to binge kicks in and I gain all the weight back plus more.
I need it to work this time as my starting BMI is 31 and I am scared that I will continue to gain weight unless I do something about it, and would end up being housebound.
