    New iwth lots to lose

    Hi all,

    After stalking this site for a few weeks I've decided to take the plunge and introduce myself. I've always been overweight and 2 years I did manage to lose 3 stone but they I put back on 5After reaching my heaviest I've ever been an embarrassing 20st 5lb I decided it was time to do it again. I started on the 1st September eating healthy and doing exercise. So far I've lost 34lbs. I'm hoping this time around I'm able to stick it out and change my eating habits for good.

    For the first time in ages I'm feeling positive.

    34lbs is a good loss and you should feel proud and positive.

    Keep up the good work and also use the site for support, ideas and something to do when bored and feeling in the need of snacking. I find it's a great distraction.
