    Starting again!

    Hello everyone, my name is Claire. I've tried most diets without success so far, this time I'm going to do slimfast, because I'm just no good with moderation! I think I'd be better without decisions full stop! Would love to pair up with anyone also starting again. I've got about 2 stone to lose.

    Good luck to you too. I was expecting to hate day 1 & be really starving, but it's not too bad, sure you'll do fine too x

    Well I'm only on day 1! But getting on ok, I'm really not too hungry & I'm keeping busy. In the past I have found days off work the hardest as I'm not so busy, so keeping busy is v important!

    I'm sure it will help your recovery. We all know we feel so much better about ourselves when we're at a healthy weight, I know I do anyway, just got to get there...good luck on CD

    Yes and I think we should be a bit pleased with ourselves as I was going to start Jan 1st but thought why not start now, I'd only eat myself silly and no doubt gain a few more lbs so glad to have got on with it

    Hi Claire thought I would give slimming world a go again !! Lol weighed myself this morning and put in 8 lbs since beginning of November and that's on top of what I want too loss. I put it down to all the extra food about work and the extra festive celebrations ! Lol all yummy though what you thinking of following ?

    Hi Amanda, tell me about it-Christmas is so hard to get through, too many tasty treats!
    I'm on day 3 of slimfast, getting on ok so far, well I'll know that when I weigh myself I suppose! Feeling ok though. I got a bit headachey last night, think it's the detox effect!
    What diet are you doing?

    Hi Claire that's you off to a good start ! Lol I am giving Slimming world a go got all the books and it was ok to follow I done well on slim fast before, I think it helps get your appetite down a bit
