Hi Everyone

I lost weight with CD a couple of years ago, I have put a lot of that back on in the last two years, but looking to lose again!
I am going to compete in a Triathalon this summer so i am looking forward to reaching my goal before that, hopefully the weightloss and the Triathalon training will go hand in hand?! Does anyone else have any experience on this?

Will do SS for the first 2 weeks and then will add a meal after that.
