Hi I completely understand and will help any way I can. I'm starting slimming world today and hope to lose as much as I can for my wedding in August. What are you planning to do? Diet wise? You can do it if you put your mind to it! X

Hi Claire and epizz thank you for posting I am looking at doing slimming world green days because I don't eat meat (I can't stand the texture of it) I have tried it many times before but I have never been nearly 40 before so I'm hoping this will help keep me on track . I lost 2st last year but have gained 1st back so I'm looking at it like I'm in a better starting position than last time fingers crossed xx Young and sexy not fat and forty

I'm sorry to hear about the way you are feeling but you are now one step closer to achieving what you want to achieve.......

I've been doing Juice Plus, its shakes, healthy meal and snacking, it's more about changing your lifestyle then dieting but at the same time you lose weight and feel so much better in yourself . You get your own personal advisor too, who will support you every step of the way and give you the encouragement you need, so if your like me get a bit daunted by weighing yourself in front of loads of people it maybe a better option for you. It's also as cheap as many of those other diets out there.
