I'll be back on the diet wagon on Monday. I haven't dieted for a couple of years and I've put on over 2 stone since last time I was on here. But now I'm back, motivated and in need of loads of tips, help, advise and motivation along the way.
I have a fantastic holiday to look forward to in April and I need to lose atleast 20lbs by then so I'm aiming to lose about 1.5 lb a week.

Well I just got on the scales for the first time in about a year and it's worse than I thought :( I've put on so much weight in the last 2 years!
Never mind, I can do this, I have to do this and I am motivated so here goes.x
