    Talking Complete Newbie with lots to lose and lots of drive to get me there!

    Hi everyone! *waves*

    I'm lucie! This is my second week of slimming world, My dad and his GF have been doing it for several weeks and my dad ( he's not as big as me but is a big guy ) has lost an amazing 2 and a half stone and his GF has lost 1 and a half and It's been so lovely watching them shrink bit by bit each week when we all get together, So I decided I too want to shrink and weighing in at a whopping 24st 1lbs, figured there was no time like the present to sort my Sh*t out!

    I'm a Wednesday weigher with my weigh-in in the evening, Last night for my first week I lost 7lbs which is a great start. Was chuffed to bits to leave with a lil sticker and certificate and even more determination to have another great week!

    I'm hoping to chat with other members both new and old that are on a long journey like myself so we can help support each other, comment on each others posts and blogs and of course, get excited with when they have a great result.

    Thanks so much for commenting! I was really happy with it! I don't live with my dad and his gf but each Wednesday we are going to go together and have a meal after and talk all things slimming world and like you say, hopefully we can spur each other on x

    Hi Tweetie! we have the same weigh day as I commented on your great loss in the Wednesdays weigh in thread! Don't say you ONLY lost 4 1/2 in 2 weeks. Thats bloody fantastic and shouldn't be comapred to anyone elses loss! A loss is a loss and you should be really happy with it!

    No I haven't been hungry either, I think I had one day where I was just feeling so naughty and I wanted to pick and thankfull instead of picking all the wrong things, had carrots and fruit and ended up feeling like id ate all afternoon but it was on super free foods so all was well!

    You're right, a steady 2lb a week average is the way and a loss of any sort good. ?
    Well done on not grazing on the naughtiest lol. So easy to do with so many regrets. I've made a SW ice cream to help but also got some muller desserts in for those choc moments and syn them.

    They were talking about the Muller fruitopolis yogurts in my weigh in class last night, They are only half a syn! Deffo want to give those a go! I've got some kilner jars at home, think I'm going to get some syn free jelly and put some fresh fruit in the bottom and fill the rest with jelly and have it as a sweet treat to take to work when I want! Is the SW ice cream nice? Lucie xx
