Today was a hard day! I tried my best to just use my calories in one meal as sometimes that works out better for me. I find that spreading out meals leaves me so hungry by the end of the day and I end up not being able to sleep because of hunger. I'm still stupidly hungry, however did have a small portion of spag bol. Tomorrow is an UD but I have a memorial to attend. Still intend to do some form of exercise. I'll probably attempt the gym early in the morning so it's done and out the way and do some strength training in the evening. Will also weigh in tomorrow and update

Yesterday was an UD full of much indulgence. I definitely overate but a lot of it was due to being out with family and lots of food available. I did manage to go to the gym for 1 hour before hand and definitely worked a sweat. Weighed in this morning, which I really should'nt have and came in at 137.2lbs
I know I shouldn't have but I wanted to know how much damage I did haha so I'm up 1.4lbs! Yesterday was full of a lot of icecream and some alcohol, plus I really didn't drink enough water. Also, things haven't been moving frequently enough in my digestive system so once that's cleared up hopefully I'll weigh less.
Todays a down day and it's half 3 in the afternoon. Still haven't eaten a thing! May just snack on some fruit today as I don't feel like eating full meals due to yesterday haha. I think from now on I'll only be weighing after every DD, that way I won't feel like crap!

Everybody is different but if weighing after an up day makes you feel bad don't do it . I have major weight swings and know it so don't mind weighing every day ( well except for today when I sts after a dd lol)

Definitely, I'll be sticking to weighing in after every DD otherwise I'll be depressed all the time lol

DD today, was lovely surprisingly easy too. I'm hoping to not go too crazy with calories again tomorrow but I'll be heading for the gym first thing in the morning again (best feeling ever)

- Sweet chili turkey pieces - 50cals

So much for snacking on fruit!
