Fast-tastic road to goal
I'll keep this brief because it's late. This is my new diary.
Today was day 1 DD of Judd or IF. I'm 5ft 1 and weigh 12at 7 which gives me a BMI of 33.7 (I think!) I am going to fast Mon, Wed, Fri and only count cals on DDs.
I'll eat what I like on UDs and over time I intend to clean my act up. I will only change one small thing at a time.
I am not going to weigh until a certain point unless I start skipping fast days then I'll need to face the music. The next time I weigh ( this is going to sound mental...) is when my belt is in the 4th hole. I'll let you know when that happens! As long as I'm sticking to plan, exercising and feeling good then ill only weigh periodically. Or I might just cave in, who knows!
I've had a wee go at IF for a few weeks but kind of fell by the wayside due to a full-on eating calendar.
So now my diary looks pretty free, I can do this.
Today I had
Dinner: WW chicken noodle soup,
Late snack: 2 slices toast, a banana and plum.
That's under 500 cal.
Also started week one, Couch to 5k with Katie, and we covered 3.7 miles in all. Lots of walking. The runs were 8 x60 seconds I think, with 90 second rests In between. No-one died :) I enjoyed it. We are going to do another session tomorrow night too.
So, I'm off to watch big brother. Night night :) x

Dinner: about 8.00pm: salmon, noodles, carrots, green beans, sugar snap peas, baby corn.

Watched prog today and I'm about 2 years overdue so I'm booking appt for when TOTM is finished.

Mmm that salmon looks fab! Didn't fancy the steak then? If you get robbed in the middle of the night and they just take the steak you know where to send the cops!
Re the smear, going to book mine for at the same time I have my blood test in 5 weeks seeing as the drs cancelled it a couple of months ago - sadly mine is very late xx

Feeling like a good DD.
Not sure whether I'll save my cals for one meal tonight or have little bits. See how I feel. Daughters BF is staying for dinner tonight so maybe I'll save my cals for then.
Found a recipe for apple, carrot and celery soup. Might make that cos I have leftover apples and celery that need to be used. Sounds bogging!
Might go to the gym today then C25k with Katie at 6 :)

Good day so far...
Gym. Burned 800clas on machines: bike, hand bike, cross trainer, wave machine :)
Made the soup and it tasted lovely so I had to have a wee bowl. MFP reckons it's about 88 cals.
Off to meet Katie for a run in a bit. Will have something to eat when I get back. Quite fancy steak but that would prob take me over 500 cals I think!
