Oops! Stalled...

2016 Fitness/Fatness Status Changes
I must be doing something wrong, I've stalled.

Still, I like JUDDD so I'll just have to have a rethink. Back to the calulator and diary!

I do 2 DDs, a Medium Friday and 4 UDs. This fits in with lifestyle and job really well so I really don't want to change the pattern.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
 
What are your cals looking like hun, and have you checked your measurements, whenever I have a STS I still have NSV 's.
 
But the 2:5 diet works for many and it has worked up untiil now.

I will recalculate my kcals though - and track the UDs more carefully. I also know that this week was not really well controlled... but I am happy that I did not gain!
