    NSV

I am working tonight (i am a nanny) and my boss text me to say there is a bar of choc in the fridge with my name on as they are worried I am disappearing before their eyes!!

I have lost almost a stone ahd a half since i first interviewed with them in august most of that was on SW but the last 5 pound son Judd and my tummy seems to have suddenly shrunk and everyone is suddenly noticing the loss.

Now if they had said about the bar of choc when i was doing SW I would of desperately tried to resist and most likely failed and be upset with myself and end up going on a weak long binge. but with Juddd even though I am on a day today the choc is just something i get to enjoy tomorrow or another day :-) no guilt and no weight gain. While smiling to myself that they think I am skinny :-)

That's lovely! I feel the same too, I'm always turning down rubbish at work, and not feeling even the slightest bit like I'm missing out! It's a lovely feeling! Xx

Yes its a lovely feeling. I'm having a pie with pastry crust tonight. Something that has been banned from my 'diet' for years before JUDDD. normally I watch my husband eat his pie 'with' and mine is without...then later on I would probably have picked at about s many cals as in the crust because I felt cheated. In the last few JUDDD months i have had pastry crust quite a few times..and still lost weight because I'm allowed it. Its just so amazing.
