Just eat the calories!
Oh, and don't expect to keep up huge weight loss rates. I've managed an average of a pound a week, with time off for Christmas, birthdays, not feeling like it, etc. 3 weeks of not doing it and I have somehow maintained.... a great success in my book!
Others have come to this from Dukan and other LCDs and found it all a bit odd - hopefully you can find some info on that on other threads, or someone will be along to let you know!
