Course you can its called adf alternate day fasting but most do have sat and sun as UD days or others do strict alternates and fast every other day for quicker results, good luck
I do Sunday, tues and Thursday and down days and Saturday as an intermittent day by having 1000 cals, am into week 2 and 4 lbs down so seems to be working , good luck you can do it
Most of us started with one version of fasting in mind and - as we tried it out, read about it and felt more or less happy with the results - slowly designed our own version
... usually to find someone else was already doing it, maybe even wrote a book on it
Give it a whirl and see what happens, then be prepared to change it around a bit to best suit you and your lifestyle.
