Has anyone else found their blood pressure has dropped on this diet? Mine was always in the normal range so it was never high, always around 125/80 but lately i've been checking it and it's around 100/65!
I'm not complaining, just curious to see if anyone else reaping these kind of benefits?

I've had my totm reduced to 5 days from 8 days my bood pressure is really good too, partly due to kettle bells and fasting .. Doc said BP was pretty much perfect lol
following primal blueprint and 5:2 /4:3 fasting plan
I'm doing the 2 day diet and I was on 2 sets of drugs for my blood pressure- I am 2 stone down and doctor has taken me off my one and is talking about trying me off the other... I am so so happy because all the nasty side effects have gone from that drug and I feel so much better in myself
week 1 -8lbs
Week 2 -2lbs
week 3 -3lbs
week 4 -3lbs.1 stone 2lbs gone. And a third of the way through my journey
week 5 -5lbs... Maybe a bit optimistic but if it's so wrong next week will rectify that with a proper scales
week 6 -2lbs..don't mind too much becaus it's half a stone in 2 weeks..
week 7 . This is so hard to do but last night I ate 3 slices of turkey and today I weigh 3lbs more than I did last week
, but its my own fault for giving in... moving on to next week now!!!
week 8 -7lbs- but i'm sure its the confusion for eating but i'm not going to shout at the scales lol...7lbs is 7lbs...
Bp is always lower when you haven't ate for a prolonged period of time or you are dehydrated xx
