    Current Weight: 222lb
    Goal Weight: 150lb
    Goal Date: As soon as possible. :-)

    Start BMI: 42.2
    Current BMI: 40.6
    Goal BMI: 27.4


    Statistics:
    Total Weight Loss: 9lb
    Weight to Lose: 72lb
    % Lost 3.9%

    First JUDDD Wi

    Omg, have just weighed myself after my first week on JUDDD. I took three readings and they were all the same!! Wait for it.......5lbs!!!!! I'm over the moon. Love love love JUDDD. I've also lost inches, but haven't tallied them up yet. Have a great day. :-D



    Mini Goals:
    • Complete a full week on JUDDD
    • Get to under 16st
    • Fit into size 20 clothes comfortably
    • Reach 15st 7lbs
    • get to under 200lbs
    • Fit into size 18's again
    • Stay motivated and focussed to continue journey till I reach my goal.


    Dress size: 22 20 18 16 14 12
    Stones: 16 15 14 13 12 11

    Restarting 2/1/13:
    Weightloss in Jan so far: 9lbs

    Hehe, thanx P. couldn't believe it as I'm usually a very slow loser, so I was genuinely shocked and VERY pleased. Saw on your diary that you didn't get much sleep. Hope you manage to rest today. I was also up quite a bit last night - between my coughing fits and my daughter's too. Think I'm gonna need a Lucozade or two today too! ;-)

    • Get to under 16st
    • Fit into size 20 clothes comfortably
    • Reach 15st 7lbs
    • get to under 200lbs
    • Fit into size 18's again
    • Stay motivated and focussed to continue journey till I reach my goal.

    Weight lost in Dec 2012 (1st - 24th): 2.¾ lb (13st 0 lb)

    Had 10 days off plan over Christmas: Didn't weigh myself to find out how much I gained.
    Weight lost in Jan 2013 (4th - 31st): 4 lb (12st 10 lb)
    Weight lost in Feb 2013: 2 lb (12st 8 lb)
    15/03/13: -1.¼ lb (12st 6.¾ lb)
    23/03/13: -0.¾ lb (12st 6 lb)
