    double challenge - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E5ZaX...eature=related its 4 circuits doing 5 exercises with 15 reps each (farmers walk, swings, snatch, rows, push ups). this will help build core stamina and challenge your strength (its pat flynn agian)

    oh and this one - not the best technique but this is good abs work with your bells, tighten those abs across the waist and sides
