Hi all thought it was time I had my own space to ramble about my exercise stuff - mainly kettlercise classes.
Monday morning - 1 hour class
Thursday evening - 1 hour class
Maybe Sat morning ?? Depending on energy!
I had key hole surgery on my shoulder End of August. To fix a torn labrum and just tidy things up![]()
Still under a Physio - who is happy with my progress, and supports my decision to continue with kettercise.
I have been using a 2kg on my right side, as this is my shoulder that was operated on. Slowly building up the strength in my shoulder and also range of movement. I still do not have a full normal range of movement yet! But slowly slowly![]()
I use a 4kg on my left - as it just fine, but weaker than my right as I'm right hand dominant. Lol
Also just come off Tramadol / that was hard - withdrawal symptoms were really horrid! Felt really lacking in energy, body aches and more .. But starting to feel better now
