    As the September challenge has now finished, has anyone started one for October?

    Seeing as the end of October is Halloween, shall we do a Halloween Challenge... If this has already been started please tell me where it is cos i can't find it. x x

    Refeed in preparation for hip replacement

    week 14 (+1lb) hip replacement weighs approx 7lbs!)
    week 15 (+2lbs) Following high protein and iron diet as seriously anaemic
    Week 16 - (4lbs)
    Week 17 - STS
    Week 18 - STS

    I wouldn't attempt that amount Daisy.. 1.5 to 2 stone seems a lot to me in a month, but that's just me... If you really think you can do it you know we will all support you .. Go for it hun x x x
