Rep Power: 0 ![]() Diet: Lipotrim Replacement | Hi ya, I was told by my nutritionist that we used to drink 6 litres but they found people were retaining water so now it is only 2 to 3 litres a day. The important thing is that if you feel hungry that you drink because you are actually thirsty. But you definately need 2-3 litres, more if you exercise. If you reduce it too much you can no longer metabolise fat. hope that helps. |

Rep Power: 2 ![]() | Still, please DO read that entire Ketosis article, not just the snippet. The blood sugar regulates within minutes when you have food. |

Rep Power: 0 ![]() Diet: Lipotrim | Last week I was disappointed with me WI. I was down 2lbs, but had been down 4 or 5 every other week. I went back over the week in my head and had to admit that I hadn't drank as much water as I should. I was drinking peppermint tea for a few weeks and counting that as well as water. But then I ran out of that and drinking ordinary tea - which has caffeine and shouldn't be counted. But I didn't increase my water intake accordingly. This week, I ensured I drank 3 litres every day - bottle on my desk. I've jsut come from WI and down 4 again this week - was half hoping that I might have an extra lb or 2 from last week! Starting refeed today and kind of nervous. Away at weekend and have looked forward to this since booking it months ago - way before LT. But nervous as well. Happy enough that I can manage to stick to refeed at home, I'll do 1,2,3 at home, day 4 we'll be at hotel, but very late, so going to try to have dinner at home before going, or maybe throwing into bowl and having en-route - hubby will probably not be impressed! Day 5 and 6 are at hotel, breakfast both mornings, which a bit worried about and an evening meal which very worried about. I know what allowance I have, but I always had a sweet tooth and not sure how I'm goign to react with dessert on offer. I've tossed and turned with idea of having glass of wine - reading posts here earlier are a bit worrying on that count - always knew first drink was going to knock me sideways!! Have wedding the following weekend and will definitely have a drink or two at that, but going to keep it to wedding only, not night before - and going to only have a few!!! I've a feeling I'll be on here alot in next few days panicking about refeed!!! |

My Mood: Rep Power: 6 ![]() ![]() ![]() Diet: lipotrim | I was wondering how soon after the refeed can you drink? I know it states that you shouldnt drink during the refeed but what are the guidelines for after? |
