    NEWBIR ALERT!!!

    Hello lovely ladies,

    I'm new here.

I came across this amazing blog 2 days ago and had to join!

I started the Lipotrim programme for the first time around summer this year. June or May, can't really recall.

I did 3 weeks and lost 12 kilograms. Unfortunately, after stoping the diet, I went back to my old habits and put the weight back on again.

I am back on Liportrim now. Day 2 and feeling extremely motivated. I set myself a target of 15 Kilograms for the next four weeks. Let's hope I do lose that much.

I'm good with my water intake. But, I can't seem to be squeezing in the three shakes everyday. I end up having 1 or 2 at the most. I do get hungry, but I don't think about it and just like that, with water sips, it goes. I think it's just my brain playing tricks on me.

I wondered if you guys exercise as well as the diet? I was told not to. But, if I wanted a speedy loss, I know it already is (a speedy loss diet) on its own, should I do some walking, swimming or anything?

Okay, sorry about the essay. I'm really glad I joined.

Someone please reply to my thread so I don't feel like the crazy newbie who talks to her own self.

Good luck and keep up the hard work?

    Thanks.

    Bye.

    Hello and welcome
You should really be having your three shakes a day to be honest Hun.
Exercise is suppose to slow down weight loss on this diet. There are a few threads around about people doing exercise on here. I personally do not exercise only walking I do as normal.

How u been getting on now ?
That is what I am worried about after this diet is returning and gaining all the weight less.

Fingers cross we can do it. X

    Hi Judi

I was a bit like that in the first week. I'd have had 2 shakes and didn't want/fancy the third mostly because I wasn't hungry, or maybe I thought if I skipped a few, I'd lose more weight that week. I now 'stick to the programme' and try to have my shakes at a regular time, to make sure I get them all done. I've never been one for exercise, so this suits me well. Did you do any exercise last time when you lost 12kg?

    Hi Judi
You might find that if you dont have you 3 packs your body will go into starvation mode and hang on to any fat you may have for dear life! Also the 3 packs insure you have all the nutrients you need for the day so if your not having them all you may become really poorly :-(. Have you tried having your shakes warm? If you do this with the choc ones its more like a hot choc so you may find it easier to take in this cold weather! Good luck. I'm on day 11 now of a re- start and determined to stick at it until Christmas! X

    Hey

Starting from today I'll have the three shakes, or I'll try.

I did zero exercise last time. I had 3 shakes and 3 litters of water by 7 pm. First week, though. And for the first week I lost 8 kilos. I started slacking the second week and by the third it was 1 shake and half a litter of water. My body was aching all over. I was in a bad shape. So after being chastised By everyone I left the programme hoping to keep the current weight at the time, but after a month it all came back

Hopefully this time, I'll try to be smart and have the three shakes, drink my water and stick to it.

I'm really sorry, gal. I thought I replied to you this afternoon, but my reply doesn't show! I hope you're not bombarded with notifications

What you said? Makes absolute sense. I can proudly reveal that I had my 3 shakes today! Woot, woot!!!

I did try the shakes warm. After the second sip I was gagging. It doesn't work for me but I mean I have chocolate only and so it tastes nice, or at least I think so.

Good luck to you, too. I'm breaking my diet for Christmas. I mean com'on my mum would force feed me LOL (side note: she's not violent, I'm just hyper).

    Take it easy x

    Hey man,

    Welcome yourself, newbie

I tried replying earlier, but for whatever reason my respond doesn't show, so I'm really sorry if this is causing your notifications to fly up the roof.

10kg in two weeks is an achievement! Kudos on that. I think people like us need to either dump old habits or introduce exercise to our lifestyle (not trying to patronise that's what everyone tells me, I promise.)

I did have 3 shakes, hence the hyper mood. Sorry you can't really tell, but I'm buzzing as I type LOL

Good luck to you, me and everyone on a mission to lose excess weight and change their lifestyle! Here... here...

    K.. take it easy x
