    I AM SOOO LOST!

    PLEASE HELP!
    I have no idea how to navigate this page. I'm going to need mega support on this 100% TFR.
    Decided as it is so close to Christmas to wait until after to start. Not sure when pharmacy re opens after xmas lol so don't know exactly when I will be starting.
    Watched the video online and I know it is going to be really hard. I have a lot to lose. like 118Ibs so could really use the support leading upto start day and beyond. sorry if this should go elsewhere.

    I think you are right to wait until after Christmas and that way you can make a fresh new start for the New Year!

    The first few days are tough but once you go into ketosis the diet does become that bit easier and the weight begins to fall off at a fast rate which is very motivating.

    If you start a diary that will give others a place to stop by and lend their support and see how you are getting on.

    I don't know what TFR is, but Good Luck when you do start!
    I was going to start Slimming World after Christmas and New Year but I just know I would've gained more weight so i started Tuesday 26th Nov. I'm sure you will get all the support you need on here

    Hi ArmyKitty, good on you for deciding your going to do LT. Like you, I also have a lot of weight to lose but I can assure you it definitely can be done
    First you need to start thinking of LT in a positive way because there are so many great things which result from it including getting you life back, being confident, being thin ..
    It will only be hard if you keep convincing yourself it will be! Sure the flavours of the TFR products does get a bit boring and drinking so much water may be difficult for some people but in the end it will be worth it. Promise!

    I am refeeding at the moment for christmas and will be hopefully returning to LT TFR in mid Jan. I hope to see you trimming away with me then

    So I'm back. Day two and already in ketosis. My cutting down carbs before starting obviously worked not as silly as I look lol. Not doing too bad. I've summoned all my strength and will power and it's paying off. Would love to hear some friendly words of encouragement or advice. I'm still in shock at having the stick register ketones after only a day n half... x

    Start weight 280lbs *gasps*
    Target weight 168lb

    Month 1 - 25lbs gone. Month 2 - 43lbs gone. Month 3 - 61lbs gone.
    Two week refeed for Christmas :-) 03/01/13 round 2, 5lbs gain, another 12 ish weeks to go :-)

    Restart weight - 224lbs/16st - total 56lbs gone
    Month 1 - 20lbs gone.

    25/03/13 FINAL RESTART! 15st 7lbs this morning :-(
    Week 1 - 18lbs gone!!! Week 2 - 6lbs gone, Week 3 - 1lb on :-( Week 4 - 8lbs gone
    Month 1 - 31lbs gone Week 5 - 5lbs gone 7 stones gone :-) Week 6 - 6lbs gone

    Changed to alternate days fasting and have been maintaining between 11.3 - 11.10. Recent increase in weight, back to reset the "greedy brain"

    Struggling today. Stayed at a friend's house and haven't slept well. My stomache kept gurgling lol. By 7am I was so hungry was nearly sick. Got my shake in n feel ok now. Im never hungry this early in the morning. Just goes to show how much sleep affects your body! Will post weigh in results later. Wish me luck! Lol x

    As a post script I discovered that the sudden urge to vomit has not gone away with shake nor water... starting to think I should be worried.
