One shake a day
Started this plan on Monday which was recommended by two friends who both gained great results. Is there anyone else who cannot get down the required amount of shakes. I am male and was advised to two shakes a day, tbh I am finding that really tough going. I find one when I come home from work is ample. I survive in work on black coffee and my water intake. I am weighing in at 15 stone and hope to lose around 1 and half stone. Will this effect the weight loss.
I found it a real struggle to get the shakes and water down the first few days.
I normally make them up using Ice thicken them and then take my time drinking them. I'd personally not think it would do you any good to only consume half the recommended calories / nutrients.
Thanks for the advice Steve. My first weigh in is tomorrow so I will have a talk with the consultant. Tried the soup last night which was a bit lighter but still only able to cosume one portion of my two. Good luck with your own plan.
UPDATE : Got weighed today. 10lbs off first week delighted with that. Down side, Have been advised to come off LT as men need to take the 2 shakes a day. Refeed this week and that will give me time to find a suitable replacement. The switch in my head is still on so I am positive to get the rest of the weight off. Good luck to everyone else :)
