    It cut me off!
    In terms of using the sticks for weight loss is it ok to get a darker colour?
    Also, what did people do in terms of meds? I'm on Metformin and have heard of people coming off meds. Is this in consultation with doctors or self-checking and adapting dosage?

    The darker the stick the more ketones in your urine. As for medication, you should really be speaking to your doctor or chemist and get their advice before even starting a VLCD if you are on medication or want to come off it just incase.

    Hey, thanks for your reply. Saw my doctor yesterday who said I could come off my meds as blood sugar is so low on LT! *yey*
