I am new to Lipo' and am finding it extremely hard to drink amounts of water necessary.
I drink one glass before shake and one after, but really struggle to drink in between. I could go all day without drinking anything. Any tips please on how to overcome this?
You could try making your shakes with extra water? Or sip water from a bottle all day. it soon adds up!

I think I will try the peppermint tea. Another thread suggested using the tea with a choc' shake to do mint choc. May try that as well. Thanx for the suggestion
