    drinking enough

    Hello,
I am new to Lipo' and am finding it extremely hard to drink amounts of water necessary.
I drink one glass before shake and one after, but really struggle to drink in between. I could go all day without drinking anything. Any tips please on how to overcome this?

You could try making your shakes with extra water? Or sip water from a bottle all day. it soon adds up!

Hi linda and good luck with this whole journey. Its really imperative that you drink your water. Maybe when you would have had your snacks drink it then. Its all to keep hunger at bay. Have you tried fizzy water. Aldis is lovely. Peppermint tea is a good one if you can't stomach water. 4 a day is approximately a litre. Half of your daily intake xx

I think I will try the peppermint tea. Another thread suggested using the tea with a choc' shake to do mint choc. May try that as well. Thanx for the suggestion
