First week weigh-in today 9.5lbs!!! really pleased, the first week was hard but I'm taking it day by day. I never drink spring water, but I've just had some and it's a real treat! I've also bought some peppermint tea and I'm going to try the peppermint chocolate tomorrow, feeling very motivated, I know the next weeks weight loss won't be as big but 3-4lbs every week and I'll be very happy.
