    Second time around...

    Hi everyone...well as of Thursday I will be back on LT again, hoping to do better than last time, only lasted 3 weeks due to not being able to drink a decent amount of water which of course resulted in me feeling awful..I'm more prepared this time
    Hoping for a good result after 4 weeks so I can feel a bit more confident going on holiday..fingers crossed!!


    Good luck to everyone else just starting and all you guys already ploughing through!

    Best of luck wobblybobbly. I'm on my second round of LT too. Have to say I did find it much harder this time around but as soon as I got into Ketosis I was fine. I'm currently on my second week and only plan on staying on TFR for another 6 weeks, wish me luck. Don't forget to keep us updated

    At least second time around like me you knew what to expect, I'm hoping it's not too much harder to get in to than last time, I'm just concentrating on my holiday in a months time and being happy and hopefully a bit lighter by then
