    did anyone go from tfr to normal eating without the maintenance bit?
    how did you keep the weight off?
    And how does anyone keep weight off in the long term, would you say follow a low carb diet?

    In 2012 Lipotrim 100% for 16 weekS going from 12st4lbs (size 16) to target of 8st 6lbs (size 8) , total loss of 3st 12lbs. Didnít do refeed, went on and off the wagon for 6 weeks after getting to goal and lost the plot a little. Than fell pregnant at 10 st 7lbs so could not continue with lipotrim. Was just under 12 stone at full term pregnancy. After I had my baby goose the weight just piled on. Back on it for round 2 and this time I WILL MAINTAIN

    I've not done the refeed properly a few times (done this diet several times)... Each time the weight goes back on very quickly.

    The worst time I did about 3 days refeed then gave up- I put 6lbs on that week.
    Seesh - if there's anyone out there worse at maintenance than me I'd like to meet them!

    Yo-yoed for the past 5 years. Get a grip woman!
