Round Two ... there will not be a third!

    Hi guys,

Unfortunately I'm back with lipotrim after doing so well last time!

I started TFR just over two years ago and managed to lose just over 3st in approximately 3 or 4 months ... I looked and felt great and compliments were rolling in left right and centre, even from strangers! However, being at a young age and missing socialising after getting near to my target weight, I battled with myself on and off for about 6 months, some weeks on, some weeks off! Probably the worst thing I could've done because no matter how hard I tried I could not get past a week and a half after this, I just missed food far too much! However, I managed to keep the majority of it off for the commencing year, going daily to the gym (despite not carrying on the maintenance or re-feed weeks) until, of course, I met my boyfriend and with him being a muscle manic, I piled on the pounds, from a mixture of eating out all of the time and eating every time he ate ... nightmare! Not only this, having just finished my finals of my law degree, stress eating was my new hobby lol! I am now 2stone heavier than I was than when I started it first time! :-(

So, now I've finally graduated and felt like my heads in the right place, I've decided to give it another go! Mainly because I absolutely hate pictures of myself, and with a few holidays booked for the remainder of this year, my 21st and my graduation ceremony, I don't want to be hiding photos away from what should be an important year of my life! I'm now on day 13 and I'm feeling great 😊 somehow managed to lose a whopping 1st and 3lbs in the first week, well aware that this week won't be as good but still looking forward to my weigh in on friday, so wish me luck guys, I'll need all the motivation and help I can get!

    xx

    Welcome beth.m

1st 3lb in the first week is a real incentive to stick with the plan, well done

You have plenty of motivation to keep you going to your 21st birthday and your graduation ceremony...congratulations on your law degree

Your post was automatically moderated this can happen when you are a newbie...

    Good luck with weigh in!

Welcome Bethm. Best of luck with the diet. Well done on your loss so far, that was some weight to lose... I had my daughters 21st in may, and we hired a photographer, im not in any of the photos i didnt want to ruin them. Even though my family love me to bits, i hated seeing myself. I dont do photos, maybe thats a good idea for myself, a photoshoot when im finished. Me with my family. I look forward to chatting and hearing how your doing. Im on day 17 x

Thanks Helen and Mini! I was tempted to do a refeed in 3 weeks just for the week that I'm away but I'm so scared about not being able to get back on it that I've decided to just do shakes all the way, I know it's my 21st but I'd rather be hungry, thin and happy than be a chub and unhappy lol! I haven't got a massive amount to lose, and I've accepted the fact I'm never going to be tiny due to the fact from having horses all my life I'm always going to have muscley legs and backside! So fingers crossed, the end is not far from sight!

    xx

the dealer bit made me laugh!

    Start Weight 06/06/2014 12stone 8lbs

    Week 1 - 11st13lbs (-9lbs)
    Week 2 - 11st 9.5lbs (-3.5lbs)
    Week 3 - 11st 6.5lbs (-3lbs)
    Week 4 - 11st 1.5lbs (-5lbs)
    Week 5- 10st 11.5lbs (-4lbs)
    Week 6 - 10st 7.75lbs (-3.75lbs)

Total lost so far - 2st 0.25 lbs

In 2012 Lipotrim 100% for 16 weekS going from 12st4lbs (size 16) to target of 8st 6lbs (size 8) , total loss of 3st 12lbs. Didnít do refeed, went on and off the wagon for 6 weeks after getting to goal and lost the plot a little. Than fell pregnant at 10 st 7lbs so could not continue with lipotrim. Was just under 12 stone at full term pregnancy. After I had my baby goose the weight just piled on. Back on it for round 2 and this time I WILL MAINTAIN!!
