Hi guys,
Unfortunately I'm back with lipotrim after doing so well last time!
I started TFR just over two years ago and managed to lose just over 3st in approximately 3 or 4 months ... I looked and felt great and compliments were rolling in left right and centre, even from strangers! However, being at a young age and missing socialising after getting near to my target weight, I battled with myself on and off for about 6 months, some weeks on, some weeks off! Probably the worst thing I could've done because no matter how hard I tried I could not get past a week and a half after this, I just missed food far too much! However, I managed to keep the majority of it off for the commencing year, going daily to the gym (despite not carrying on the maintenance or re-feed weeks) until, of course, I met my boyfriend and with him being a muscle manic, I piled on the pounds, from a mixture of eating out all of the time and eating every time he ate ... nightmare! Not only this, having just finished my finals of my law degree, stress eating was my new hobby lol! I am now 2stone heavier than I was than when I started it first time! :-(
So, now I've finally graduated and felt like my heads in the right place, I've decided to give it another go! Mainly because I absolutely hate pictures of myself, and with a few holidays booked for the remainder of this year, my 21st and my graduation ceremony, I don't want to be hiding photos away from what should be an important year of my life! I'm now on day 13 and I'm feeling great somehow managed to lose a whopping 1st and 3lbs in the first week, well aware that this week won't be as good but still looking forward to my weigh in on friday, so wish me luck guys, I'll need all the motivation and help I can get!
xx
