    Cold/flu Remedies? Help

    Morning everyone. Back from weigh in and asked lady (kid) is there anything i can take for cold/flu? And a very dry cough (more hacking sound)? She said NO. Is there anything we can take without sabotaging the diet, does anyone know?

    Oh no. I remember from last time that there is pretty much nothing, I'm about as helpful as that girl
    Eucalyptus extract mixed into hot water in a bowl and your head hung over will help clear so may ease your cough a little...

    You can stand half an onion in sugar 2 syns I put it in a plastic container overnight... In the morning drink the liquid that emerges from it, it will soothe both your throat and chest... low syn and much more effective than over the counter meds... xx
