achy joints??

4th day, been for a little jog (i know its not recommended) but my joints felt a bit achy and stiff and my hands and feet were freezing. Does anyones else feel a difference in their knees? sounds silly x

I'm going to sound sarcastic here but I think the fact that it is severely Baltic out there might be a main factor in this?

haha i get that with the hands and feet...but my knees feel weird. i sound weird now too hahahha

No- I have RA so the cold really affects my joints. Are you normally a jogger?

Yeah when i can be bothered. I have three dogs so walk every day anyway x

Lol- we've 4 big ones so know the feeling!! Though I tend to use a mammoth hill and squeaky ball to tire them!
